How many bars of soap are in the subscription box?
There are 4 bars of soapy goodness in every box unless otherwise specified.
How often is the subscription box sent out?
That depends on you! When you sign up you can choose a renewal interval of every one, two, or three months.
Can I change the renewal interval?
Yes! At any time before the renewal is processed, you can log into your account and change the interval at which your soap box is sent out.
Can I skip a month if I have a tub full of soap?
Yes! We understand some people might not go through as much soap so we have the option to skip a month. Your subscription will resume the following month. Go into your account settings to make the change.
Can I cancel at any time?
We will cry soapy tears of sadness but yes, you can cancel your renewal at any time.
If I'm in love with a particular bar of soap from the monthly subscription box, can I purchase it?
Yes! If we have it in stock you can purchase individual bars of soap. Make sure you rate the soap so we will keep bringing it back!
What if I don't like a certain soap?
It happens. Not every scent will appeal to everyone. You know what makes a nice gift? Soap! If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at email@example.com.
When is my card charged?
Your first charge is at the time of sign up. After your first box is shipped, we will process your card at the beginning of your renewal month when the box is shipped.
